Like so many others we found this hotel amazing! We came to stay for one night and ended up staying for 2! The live music was fantastic and totally unexpected. The service was friendly- the food was good hearty country pub grub and the owners Megs and Bobby very welcoming We have had a few pub stays as we have been traveling around Australia and this is right up there as one of the best- don’t drive past- drop in soak up the atmosphere and stay the night. Exactly what a country pub should be. Cozy, warm and welcoming. The staff, owners and the regulars are all friendly and accommodating and creating real community. I enjoyed a decent glass of wine and a huge portion of chips for a very reasonable price. Love that they let you free camp in the car park. I hope this pub is successful for many years to come.
What great little spot to spend the night! Meg and Bob are super friendly, wish we could have been there on a night with live music! We pulled up with a van and a 4wd and the spots are relatively level, and not much noise for being so close to highway. They were gracious enough to open up a room so we could have a hot shower too! Definitely recommend it as a stopping point!

Travelling through to Alice Springs with 3 caravans we stopped at the Bellum Hotel for the night. Had one of the best pub meals I’ve had in a long time and the Owner and staff were super friendly. Well worth a stop in if you are in the area
