I had my wedding reception in May of 2021 and I have not received anything from that day. Based off our contract I was supposed to receive everything within 45 days of the event. I’ve reached out multiple times to Bethaney through multiple channels and I have not heard anything from her since September. At this point I’m assuming she’s lost the photos. I cannot emphasize this enough, do not hire Bethaney. Bethaney takes great photos, and that's the only positive thing I can say about our experience. Don't expect her to respond to you or even provide the photos in a timely fashion. When we hired Bethaney in 2017, we were initially happy to have her b/c we liked her photos. But we knew we were headed for trouble b/c during the week of our wedding, she went "missing in action" and failed to respond to our texts, phone calls, emails, facebook messages, etc. All we needed from ... read more

Bethaney took my wedding photos 3 years ago when she was getting started! We loved our photos so much that 6 months later we ordered 2 more albums from her. Since then she has taken our family photos and graduation photos. I am always impressed with the quality of our photos and the other products we chose. I expect she will photograph our family as we grow for years!
