Horrible customer serevice – first of all I called this place 5 times today to try to get a last minute brow wax. I knew it would be a long shot, but I would have hoped they would have answered the phone. Anyway, they did call me back and amazingly got me in for an appt. That was great, until I got there. I did tell you to come in but I also informed you that I did not have my schedule in from of me.
