DO NOT BUY from this company!!!!! I ordered the Tiempe sideboard in August of 2021z. It was delivered two weeks ago.. end of May 2022 and is damaged. I’m getting run. Around about return and told I can’t return and refund is not a possibility!!!!! Only communication is via email and “Robin” says he is working on getting this “repaired”. Repaired??? Ordered twice. First order was sent to wrong address, second never was sent. They kept my money for 2 months and kept putting me off with excuses. I had to get PayPal involved to get my money back. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! If you actually get what you paid for the merchandise was good but will never order again
We ordered a $2,300.00 dining table, and it took Bella Cottage 30 days to ship our order - and this was for a table that they had in stock. We live in Texas, so Bella Cottage used Action Freight out of Austin to deliver our order. After 2-3 MONTHS of waiting for a call from either Action Freight or Bella Cottage to schedule delivery, we finally got a hold of Action Freight.
