I’ve been a customer of Tiles International for many years. However, after a recent visit to their showroom, (which is under new ownership/management) I will NEVER do business with them again!!! I have very mixed reviews. I came to the showroom off a recommendation from a friend who's worked with James before. Both James and Barb were extreamly helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. Styling my new bathroom was an amazing experience with them. They were very helpful in the creative process to help me figure out what would be best in my space for my style. We purchased tiles here at the recommendation and for installation by Hamburg Flooring. The showroom was well stocked, clean, bright and the designer was extrememly helpful! Would absolutely recommend!
I walked into Tiles International and dealt with the manager, Jim. From the moment he entered the showroom, the experience felt uncomfortable. He came across with an attitude and seemed irritated anytime I asked a question. Whenever I gave him a product number and it wasn’t exactly right, he would scuff and react like helping me was a problem.
