I absolutely love this store. I’ve ordered from them twice and will definitely be back. I’m so grateful I can send British goodies to my friends in the US. Plus the customer service is outstanding. Highly recommend.
Apart of the problem I have with delivery Lucinda contacted me and refund the value. I purchased an item on 23/11/2025, and to this day no delivery time slot has been provided. I contacted the company by email and received only one reply, in which they sent a new tracking number. However, the parcel has been “in transit” since 01/12/2025, with no further updates. This place is awesome. From holiday goods, like Advent calendars and spooky treats, to literary-themed puzzles.. and from high-quality wool gloves to fancy scented soaps, this place really has a bit of everything.
