First time visitor to the store after seeing their website. The store is lovely; it's packed (literally) with lovely china mugs, tea pots, tea cozies, linen tea towels, RHS gardening items, puzzles, gifts for kids of all ages, soaps, greeting cards and lots of UK candies and snacks. There's more, but you get the idea. :) Staff are friendly and helpful without being too intrusive. Looking forward to going back in the fall for holiday items.
Absolutely wonderful shop, full of all kinds of cool things. My wife wanted to swing by to pickup a seed organizer she saw online and I'm glad we went in person. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff will definitely be going back.
I absolutely love this store. I’ve ordered from them twice and will definitely be back. I’m so grateful I can send British goodies to my friends in the US. Plus the customer service is outstanding. Highly recommend.
Apart of the problem I have with delivery Lucinda contacted me and refund the value. I purchased an item on 23/11/2025, and to this day no delivery time slot has been provided. I contacted the company by email and received only one reply, in which they sent a new tracking number. However, the parcel has been “in transit” since 01/12/2025, with no further updates. Due to the lack of information and resolution, I had to contact my bank to request a refund, as the situation now 19/12/2025 appears to be potentially fraudulent. T... read more
