This was booked as a gift for my mother by my sibling. I wish she had read the reviews first. The staff lounge in the front of the establishment which is unprofessional in my opinion and then the “barber” proceeded to make inappropriate comments to me regarding my mother who the service was for. A customer is not your joking partner, and it’s never okay to be laughing at a customer with your coworker. You don’t know me at all, don’t joke with me. Worst spa I have ver dealt with! Purchased two Groupons! Receptionist made me two appts for following day- got there! They were closed! Someone called back 30 minutes after our appt time! Very rude, refused to reschedule our appts for a convenient time for me! I was told to call Groupon and just get a refund! I did jus that. I was contacted two days later and offered appeasement’s! This is a wonderful establishment. Upon my arrival I was politely welcomed by a friendly front desk and was offered a refreshment with the option of a glass of Rosé or white wine and of course water. I was warmly invited to the back to begin my wonderful 2 hour massage. Nina did an amazing job and was very professional. She is very knowledgeable on the anatomy and helped me with pain I’ve been feeling in specific areas . This was my second massage at this spa and I would definitely recommend coming here!

I booked a massage for my fiancé’s first mother’s day. I made the appointment 6 days before mother’s day. On the day of the appointment which was mother’s day I blind folded my fiancé and took her to her appointment to surprise her only to be surprised that the business was closed. I scheduled for a 10am massage and the business was completely closed at 9:50 am although they were suppose to be open at 8am.
