My understanding is that the College is permanently closed this doesn't reflect on this page. This is according to the local newspaper of Vernal,UT call before you waste your gas to go you will find them closed.
I went in this morning for a hair trim. My hair is about 2 inches long. I told the girl I wanted a half an inch trimmed off. I even showed her with my fingers what a half an inch was. She started from the back of my head with an electric razor. She started buzzing me like a sheep with chunks of hair landing on the floor. Before I could stop her the damage was done.
