The upgraded treatments, advanced technology, and having a qualified Dermal Clinician who recommends exactly what your skin needs (without overselling) has made such a difference. My mother and I have been long-standing clients of the Beauty Circle (and previously Elle Urban Retreat), but unfortunately the quality and professionalism of the services have declined significantly in recent months. My mother attended for a pedicure and was assisted by a staff member who, although friendly, had no training in pedicure services. Great service from start to finish. The space is clean, the staff are knowledgeable, and the whole experience felt smooth and professional. I’ve tried a few places before this is the first where I see real improvement.
