Always go the extra mile I bring my family to the Bear and Grill almost weekly. They always go the extra mile to accomodate my picky eaters. Menu is very extensive and they allow many substitutions, just ask. Food is always prepared fresh and from scratch. Heard about their sunday brunch and it is definitely the best value in town. Good place to watch a game also. There are many tvs and a big bar... Will be back!
Do not go to bear and grill.... ive been here many times for happy hour and seen first hand how the staff is treated..the food is okay but the owner and female manager are very rude !.. ive overheard manager yelling at waitresses many times in front of customers and bartender told me that they get paid on occasion and forced to work doubles on a minutes notice on a regular basis..every week 3 or 4 waitresses quit and 3 or 4 hire!...warning:do not go here instead call blumenthall and report them for abuse of employees...heard... read more
The Bear & Grill The Bear & Grill is a great family restaurant which also has a bar area. They sometimes feature bands and require a cover charge to enter that part of the restaurant. Their desserts are absolutely to-die-for, and they're very kid-friendly. There is a special on Wednesdays where kids eat free!

Really bad customer service/don't go there – Do not go to the Bear & Grill, Sue our wait staff did not put my dinner in to the kitchen, then she blamed my daughter for her mistake! She said if my daughter did not make a special order it would not have happened! I asked to speak with the manager and he did nothing! DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY THERE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION The worst part, they never said "I am sorry"

best kept secret – experience the bold flavor of the adirondacks! a place were you can the fesh food & best wild salmon. Free range chicken. lot of organic food. very healty portion. made to order. a great place to be.

If your a local they'll serve you – Go in to eat on a thursday night 8:00 pm and sit at a table near the bar. Every server and waiter in the place walk by our table. At least 10 minutes goes by and other people after us come in and get served. Finally we stop one of the many servers and ask can we get a waitress?After another 5 minutes a waitress that had walked past us 10 times said I will be your waitress for the evening.
