Some of the staff are amazing, it's convenient to have somewhere to go to get just a bead or two, and they offer great selections in their chains. Two out of four bracelets broke (the wire snapped) within a few months. I went back anyway to make necklaces and had to push to receive the thicker wire (and no concern or apologies for the bracelet wire snapping - causing $60 of carefully selected beads to scatter). The atmosphere and at least one staff person feel VERY unwelcoming. Not a place that fosters curious creativity.
Mary Kay was very helpful. Hand -made a sapphire bracelet for me. It all turned out just Beautiful! And then some. Highly recommend the Bead Works for complete satisfaction in buying crystals!
My friend and I recently spent an evening here making necklaces. The staff were super friendly/knowledgeable. One member in particular was very helpful and patient with us. I believe their name was Maeve.
Great experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. So fun that you can sit at a table and make something or just shop and go. Can’t wait to go back.
