Omgooodness! Years and years of top quality care. However, after ordering the wrong item I was nervous abt a return and getting the correct item. Kathleen was super nice, kind and so helpful finding what I needed! (Sometimes 150 pages is too much a second time lol) Thanks for making my day so easy!!!!

I am giving it 2 stars because how could you have a store like this and be closed on weekends. I don't understand. The hours are very inconvenient
Tight parking
Most of their items are cheaply made and from China. I e-mailed asking what they are doing to ensure the safety of such items, and got no answer. Prices are higher compared to their competitors and shipping costs are high. They also are known to give "priority" to certain customers and make others wait.
