Fantastic Service. I brought a painting and was unable to collect it the staff were so understanding and it was no issue for them to store it until I organised a courier. They packed the painted up for the courier so it would be damaged. Awesome customer experience.
The Bead Bar of Berry Review on 26/4/2024 It is a fascinating specialty shop, selling colourful fashion accessories made with beads. The are good selection of necklaces, bracelets and chains. Besides beads and bead products, there are handbags, mugs, and ornaments. While I am taking photos, I was told softly by the staff that the owner does not like people taking photos and not acknowledging that they are not from the shop. What an amazing shop!!! Loved the music, the atmosphere and most of all the friendly gentlemen that helped me find a product for myself.
I posted a necklace and some bracelets to The Bead Bar and included a self addressed return envelope back to my Sydney address. Marinus was great communicating and did an excellent job restringing these items at a fair price.
Love, love, love this shop!!! So many pretty things at a reasonable price. The service is wonderful and so friendly.
