RecommendedI have been going to wellness center since 2011. Staff are friendly and helpful. Always willing to help with my work outs every time I go.
Great place💯wonderful staff
This facility is desperately inadequate in relation to customer/patient services. The ER has the most snide, unprofessional and disrespectful staff!! It’s hard to believe that the Admins at this place haven’t made customer relations and cultural responsiveness a priority in a medical center serving a high minority population. And if they have, a retraining is in order. I pray to God neither I nor my loved ones have to utilize this ER again!

Praise the Lord! we have to have inpatient rehab again! all we could say was "Take me to Ruleville" see yall soon!

My Aunt works there Blondine Brown and my father passed there on swing bed on 2012, Kermit Brown.....you all took great care of him and I'm forever grateful!!! Thanks so much
My daddy, James (Eddie) Collins was a recent patient there for 31 days. I live in Madison, MS and the care he received at NSMC was as good if not better than any hospital in my local area. The nursing staff truly care about their patients. They are personable, intelligent, and exceptional at what they do. Dr. Don Blackwood is THE VERY BEST DOCTOR there is. He is thorough beyond words.
