I finally visited the spa yesterday and had an amazing experience! I stopped by in the morning to pick up some body oil and peruse the clothing…as I was checking out, I asked the lovely women at the front desk about availability for a deep tissue massage, and they were able to set me up with Peter later that afternoon. A must-visit if you are looking for a relaxing day on Cape Cod! My in-laws gifted me a gift card and I chose a Beach House signature massage with Peter. He was great and I left feeling super relaxed and refreshed. I can't wait to go back to try out some of the other treatment options.
We had long standing appointment’s. Less than 24 hours prior they left a message that they would have to reschedule one. If you expect a 24 hour cancellation notice please follow the same courtesy. When we called they would not schedule for the same time. Canceling an appointment on a guest that had booked over a month ago is very unprofessional and disappointing.
I was excited for my treatment. I was the first appointment of the day. The receptionist was super nice when she greeted me and showed me around. I got into the massage room. Therapist was really nice as well. Once the massage started I noticed the music was not that relaxing, the lights which were dimmed, were still really bright. Then the massage started and the therapist went really fast. I asked him to slow down and he said ok. But the massage was still fast and not relaxing.
