I had a 80 minute massage with Peter on Sunday, he was very informative and very precise with the massage he provided. The front desk helped me when I asked for lunch recommendations. I hope to visit again

Such an unpleasant experience. Not worth the money
I booked a massage online and also called to confirm my apt. When I showed up for my massage I told was the apt was "accidentally canceled" and they could fit me in a few hours from now if I wanted to come back. The person at the front counter was rude and unapologetic.
Hate to do this, as I've been here for massage and nail services in the past, and I'm an owner at OE next door, which is affiliated. But i called last week and left a VM asking for 2 nail appts (a friend was visiting for her bday) and I did not get a callback. Even if their schedule was full there should have been a callback to let me know. Digitizing your services online should not mean lack of customer service by phone.
