Mum has been looked after so well by the caring staff. Lots of activities, good food and great staff by nurses, carers, admin and volunteers
We are delighted with this facility and it's staff, and it couldn't be more perfect for our parents. The transition from living independently at home has been handled with respect, kindness and professionalism.
Mum is thriving in the bays at age 89 and is now joining in on activities she never did before. Food is excellent and the staff are very friendly and supportive with anything we have concerns with. Would recommend to anyone with parents living alone and looking for a safe and secure environment. Thankyou to all the team in the Bays nursing home as now I can sleep knowing my mum is happy.
