I cannot praise The Bays enough. The staff are always friendly and happy and this filters through to all the staff, mangement, carers, RN's, food attendants, cleaners, laundry staff. Nothing is ever too much trouble. My Dad has had the best possible care over the last 18 months. Whenever there is a problem with health issues I have been contacted and kept up to date. I can highly recommend the Bays, the care is second to none.
