I resigned from Oklahoma Natural Gas earlier this year due to 8 years of blatant discrimination for being openingly gay. After filing a complaint with the EEOC and then given a right to sue they also gave me a list of referrals for potential lawyers. The Battle Law Firm was on the list so I contacted Mr. Battle through email.
