Brought a deep cycle lithium battery from thier Manager, battery was faulty they picked it up from me to test it, I was informed the battery tested faulty and haven't herd from them since, no refund no replacement and no reply from the battery store after countless call's and emails to them, they have stolen from me as a customer.
Don't bother with this business. First problem was with a battery that collapsed after 3 months. Overcharged for another battery to fit our work ute and the person fitting it had no idea what they were doing. That battery was just outside their warranty period. There are better businesses in town.
Best place to buy a vehicle battery l think. Good service also.
Arrived in town with 2 batteries in my caravan that weren't doing what they should. I am on my way back to NSW. Liam did a great job of testing and explaining what was going on. Loaned me a battery to keep the van running while sorting things out. Very professional young man and a credit to the business with his knowledge. Thank you.
