Edit: whelp they wrote up the employee same day so I'll trust them and I added stars for sure. I buy from these guys but their box truck just cut me off on the 202 cause I'm going 75, guess I was too slow for him. Need better trained drivers. I wanted to give a shout out to Beau at The Battery Guy. I had bought a RoyPow Lithium battery for my golf cart that was about 2.5 years old on a 5 year warranty. It went bad and wouldn’t hold a charge. When I called they put in the warranty to RoyPow. Battery Guy no longer uses them as the customer service is so horrible. Beau was relentless in pursuing them. It was a couple of months of calls, emails, texts, etc but he did get them to finally replace the battery. Beau came right out once it arrived and removed and replaced... read more
