Needed a battery for my Subaru Outback late on a Saturday. The battery I needed was a special order from SCA and Repco, but Tony was able to come out within two hours with the battery I needed! He was friendly, honest and didn’t try to upsell me. Fair pricing, quick install and took the old battery away with him. Would recommend!
I called The Battery Centre and inquired for a battery replacement for my 2019 GLC. They were able to provide a same-day AGM battery replacement at no extra call-out fees. The quote was too good to pass up so I went with them. Within the hour a technician arrived to my driveway and got it installed. Such fast and genuine service and it totalled to just $450! Great team and a fantastic company. Big thanks Brayden who did the installation!!
The staff were very helpful and great to deal with. I urgently needed to get the 12V battery changed for our electric car over the weekend and I called multiple centres who didn't have the trained staff. The Battery Centre was able to book me in on the day, it was all very prompt and the price was very reasonable (also appreciated the option for PayID!).
The Battery Centre replaced my 2021 Audi A3 battery within 45 minutes of calling. I was pleased with their $0 call-out service and exceptional service. Would highly recommend to anyone in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs
Had a good experience here replacing the battery in our BMW X4. The team was knowledgeable about AGM batteries and the need for Registration after replacement. They seem experienced in dealing with European cars and the young man who replaced the battery was courteous and took his time doing a good job. Will come back again (but hopefully not too soon!)
