Just got my car battery replaced by the folks at The Battery Centre yesterday and was super impressed by their customer service. Spoke to Dave, and he was super empathetic and went out of his way to help me out. The team was really flexible as well and clearly demonstrated that they know how to win customers and keep customers. Highly recommended and I'll definitely be a return customer!!
The staff were very helpful and great to deal with. I urgently needed to get the 12V battery changed for our electric car over the weekend and I called multiple centres who didn't have the trained staff. The Battery Centre was able to book me in on the day, it was all very prompt and the price was very reasonable (also appreciated the option for PayID!).
I called The Battery Centre and inquired for a battery replacement for my 2019 GLC. They were able to provide a same-day AGM battery replacement at no extra call-out fees. The quote was too good to pass up so I went with them. Within the hour a technician arrived to my driveway and got it installed. Such fast and genuine service and it totalled to just $450! Great team and a fantastic company. Big thanks Brayden who did the installation!!
I rang to ask for a quote on a car battery and received a great price. The product and installation fee were much lower than other places I checked out, and they were able to install it straight away when I arrived. The Battery Centre has convenient front parking for servicing and very competitive prices. It’s only a quick drive from Dulwich Hill and I’d highly recommend it to anyone in the Inner West. The employees were friendly, efficient, and genuinely cared about helping customers out.
Great team and exceptional service. When my car battery died, they quickly arranged for someone to come out to my home within a few hours and replace it. The pricing was very reasonable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the process.
