Worst customer service I have experienced. Have tried calling several times and getting disconnected receive confirmation of my order and shipping only to get told by the courier that it was never organised for pick up it wasn't until I called got put on hold to talk to a supervisor and hung up on that they emailed saying that there was an issue with the stock. This was a week after my order. Never buying from here again
Top marks to these good people in helping me search and find an appropriate, not so common, stop-start car battery for my Mazda CX-5 Diesel - and then doing the replacement installation that afternoon. Their outstanding customer service goes 'above and beyond' and they are definitely price competitive. I highly recommend their service.
