I couldn't recommend it more! It was my first time here (and in a place like this) and all I could think was "WHAT AN AMAZING IDEA" ... Not as a bathhouse, that's a normal idea... but this one, the place where they set it up, the environment, the nature, the surroundings...everything! Had a 50 minute relaxation massage with Claudia as a gift voucher.which left me disappointed. Basically no skill in relaxation massage techniques . I felt I simply had oil rubbed over my skin. Was expecting more. Won’t be back. Highlight was the cafe and beautiful food.
I have worked in many 5 stars spas in different countries and I’m extremely happy with Susie’s massage on Tuesday. Her skills, with pressure was all I needed while being a masseuse too. Thank you Susie!
Do not come here. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had with them. Some of the staff are just plain rude and completely lacking in compassion. I was only 10 minutes late to my massage and they refused to give me the full service. I asked for a refund, which they also refused, and the way they spoke to me was honestly made me so upset. When I asked for the owner’s contact to raise my concerns, they wouldn’t give me any details so my husband had to do a full search just to track him down. The whole thing ... read more
I have just been here for what was meant to be a relaxing birthday gift to myself. But $40 to sit in a lukewarm spa pool with non stop noise, was not my idea of peace and quiet There is non stop construction noise across the road, plus traffic non stop driving up & down the street, past the spa pool. Then I had Ladies talking non stop in the spa pool iswell. Plus all the people in the adjacent cafes. The spa could easily have been hotter. There should be a no talking rule in the spas.
