I am extremely disappointed with the service. This is the second time I have visited for a massage, and both times I have experienced a complete lack of respect for my time. The first time, I had to wait 30 minutes without any prior notice or apology. No one informed me in advance that the therapist was running late, and I simply sat in the waiting area, wasting my time. I had a fantastic evening at one of London's top wellness spots. Robert and Alex offer an authentic Banya experience right in the centre of London. I had the chance to use the on-site Banya, which delivered incredible heat before cooling down in a cold plunge. In addition to the exceptional wellness experience, the food, drinks, and overall service at The Bath House were unrivalled. What a brilliant experience. A group of us booked it for a friends 50th - the most civilised and chilled way to a spend an afternoon. Amazing steams and treatments, v stylish private rooms are the perfect place to chill. Highly recommend!
