Extremely Disappointing Experience – Won’t Be Returning I had high hopes for a relaxing Sunday at Banya London, but unfortunately, it turned into a stressful and disappointing experience. We ended up spending almost 3 hours sitting in what felt like a gym changing room / kitchen, this is apparently the only waiting area, and there’s no option but to stay there until your massage. Terrific authentic restaurant. Lovely staff. Spotlessly clean. High quality fittings and furnishings.
Was a big fan of this Banya until it got overcrowded so much that they became rude with some of their clients. On 31st of December 2024 Receptionists were eager enough to push regular customers out from Banya 30 minutes earlier than they were supposed to stay. Some guys paid for the whole venue since 13:00 and receptionists first have been attacking with sms asking to come and leave earlier.
