If you hire this firm, make sure a timeline is constructed, checked and followed, or you may find yourself with a rotating cast of lawyers on retainer while nothing is accomplished. I hired this firm and almost 7 years later, finally had to find another firm after 3 different lawyers in this firm quit working on my case. I hired The Baringer Law Firm to handle a partition case, and my experience was extremely disappointing. Communication was consistently poor, updates were difficult to get, and I later discovered that major required filings had not been completed timely — including a judge’s ruling from March 2023 that was not filed until September 2024, only after I had to repeatedly request it and escalate the issue.
