I spent around $8000 out of pocket on visits and medication. This office has refused to find solutions that work or figure out ways to get this covered under my insurance. I recently called and asked for the doctor come up with a new plan and address the financial burden. I was told the doctor doesn’t talk to patients, has no input for me on a better treatment plan, and if I continued to want medication I should pay the $300 visit fee. You should take a drive and find a better office. It will save you months of your time. It took me 4 months to get in. They rescheduled me. I spent the morning making sure all 15 pages of paperwork were correctly filled out ahead of time. I am a first time patient. I had never been to the office. I was given wrong directions downstairs. I entered the office 8 minutes late. They went back to speak to the doctor for several minutes. They came back and told me that the policy is 10 minutes and I was 12 minutes late. This place is amazing. Anna is probably one of the best nurses I have ever worked with in any form of medical field. Office has always been great and clean and take their time to explain things with me.
I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. Never an issue with my scheduled appointments, easy to reschedule with if something comes up, attentive and pleasant staff and providers, and the dr takes time to explain what is going on with your body. I’m always greeted with a smile and never wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment. I drive an hour to be seen at this office and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
No care for patients time. They rescheduled my appointment from one day to another. I drive an hour and half to get there and arrive 4 minutes late and he refused to see me. That's CARE!!!
