Nice airy space. Probably too airy. Shelves weren’t exactly stacked with products. Instead the big pricy bottles of blue label and other very expensive bottles were decorated and designed to lure customers to it. No one approached me as I was browsing. Considering this appears to be owned/sponsored by Diageo, a lot more could have been going on inside. Whisky exchange on Great Portland st 10mins away is far superior for the whisky lover (and cheaper).
We had a wonderful experience when we visited the shop in June 2024. The selection was great, and the gentleman who helped us was very knowledgeable, nice and tactful. He gave us good recommendations and offered a few whiskeys to sample so we were able to make an informed decision and it ended up being a wonderful gift. Next time we are in London, we will definitely visit the shop and will be recommending it to others in the meantime.
