Really cute, boutique store with lots of cute Little homewares, Really beautiful gift wrapping and super friendly staff. Will definitely be back for any home stuff and gift ideas!
Absolutely love my Ethnicraft sofa and Zebra Home rug from Banyan Tree, and they were a joy to deal with. Personal service, followed up on the deliveries and all round nice people.
The Banyan Tree team are amazing! I have had the best experience buying from them. They helped me with styling advice, offered exchange options, kept me informed during transit, and post follow up service has been nothing short of amazing. I'm not in need of furniture or any furnishings anytime soon but I know I'll be knocking on this door when I do. I recently bought a couple of solid colognes that were on sale, and customer service went the extra mile not just to adjust the website for me to pick the appropriate option, but also send it speedily AND wrap them too despite not being asked. It's the little things that count, so would highly recommend them!!
I ordered two boxes of the Archivist matches, and despite this being a relatively small order I was blown away by the incredible customer service! Once I placed my order the communication was exemplary. My order arrived quickly, and came beautifully wrapped with paper and a bow! Will definitely be ordered more in the future!
