Great massage with Rosie today, and Alex the other day. First bad experience today, was not being told I would be sharing a massage room with a (female) stranger and a curtain between, that’s just bad business practise IMHO. I come to Banya for quiet and privacy. I've been probably 30 times and never had this happen. I had to spend time beforehand asking my therapist to talk to the other therapist to talk their client to express that it would be a quiet space (sometimes people chat in massages). We had a 60 minute massage and a 90 minute spa session. The massage was great and definitely worth the money. The spa is beautifully designed and the sauna and steam room get up to a really hot temperature which was perfect. The downside of the spa is the amount of people... it felt packed and a little loud and not as relaxing as we thought.
