It’s shut down!!! Turned up for a spa day and treatment bought as a birthday gift and spa had shut down without letting us know. Absolutely disgraceful conduct for a well established chain of good repute
Went to pick up some gym kit we bought. Nice building but hope they can get another gym there.
Dirty spa, the staff were rude and unhelpful. I'd picked the back, foot and scalp massage. Was very uncomfortable when she yawned during all 3, but they didn't feel like massages at all. Basically someone just rubbing oil onto the skin. This was after they had our treatments mixed up and blamed us. Wouldn't return.
Like others have said, the staff are lovely and I really enjoyed my treatment. The place is so run down though and dirty. The jacuzzi was Luke warm, a toilet didn’t flush, the water fountain was leaking and out of order. Robes and towels are extra. I got this as part of a voucher and paid to upgrade it to avoid this place as I’ve been before, only to still be limited to this option but with a longer treatment!
