Had a well needed Spa Day yesterday 13/7/25 with my 2 Bestie's, cannot speak highly enough about the Club. We were given an amazingly friendly welcome by the Receptionist on duty that day, given menus to choose our lunch & drink option, provided with refundable spa day bags including flip flops, bath towel and cosy dressing gown. The changing rooms were clean and airy with everything you need, the pool facilities and spas were clean and welcoming. Had a Swedish massage which was lovely. All staff & therapists very friendly and helpful .
My sister and I visited today for the 1st time for a luxury spa day and just want to say that all the staff were so amazing and extremely helpful. Definitely gets a 5 ☆ from us both! 🥹 Would also like to say a huge thank you to the therapists Emma & Claudia for our amazing back, shoulder and neck massages and facials today which were incredible we left feeling so glowy and rejuvenated and they made our experience even better as they made us feel so comfortable and relaxed through the whole session!😍 would highly recommend ... read more
Not a great experience!!! Well where do I start !! Staff on reception didn't seem to know what they were doing !!! Wasn't given a menu choice on arrival, wasn't shown where places were, very disappointed with the swimming pool couldn't chill in the pool, there was a water aerobics class going on and lane swimming !!! There was 2 very small whirl pools unfortunately couldn't use those as people waiting for their aerobics class was using them both !!! We visited for a couple's massage, which was satisfactory. The spa staff were very polite and lovely. However, the front desk receptionist was rather rude in her responses to our questions and wasn't friendly. Additionally, the restaurant staff were not welcoming, and the food was tasteless. The pool area was quite small, with lounge chairs crammed together in a corner, which didn't make for a relaxing experience.
