Love my spa days at Bannatyne. Such value for money! Clean facilities and staff is very friendly
Definitely not a spa, only has a sauna and steam room exactly where the pool is which is full of people and children. Hot tub always full. The treatments are okay but just come for them not for the day.
I loved the relaxation room! I would’ve loved to get the same time slot as my friend in different rooms so we could spend more time together in the other facilities. All together the service was nice , place was clean but I did find myself having to go to the reception a few times more than I should for info and changing room bands.
Very disappointing spa day experience. The pool was crowded and there were only a handful of sun loungers, around the pool. All in use, so we were unable to find anywhere to relax. The facilities seem very dated and are not a patch on Bury st Edmunds and Colchester. It seems that Norwich is a health club, with a spa attached, as an after thought. There isn't really a restaurant, more a cafeteria experience. Again, unlike Bury and Colchester which have lovely restaurants. Not the relaxing experience that we hoped for. The onl... read more
