My process was fast and straight to the point. Any questions I needed help with regarding next steps, court, or basic questions I always received a fast email or phone call. Lionel was extremely rude and unprofessional. His tone in how he spoke to me made me feel like I wasting his time and he was too good to speak to me. Lionel came across as very arrogant and was constantly speaking over me. I imagine all the five star reviews were probably paid to give a good review. Lionel is not a people person, he should go back to AT&T, if they would even take him back. There are plenty of other GOOD bankruptcy attorney's. I would suggest going elsewhere.
I received a letter in the mail advertising their legal services and was instructed to text for a consultation. I did so and promptly received two short questions — which I answered right away. After that, nothing. No consultation, no follow-up, no professionalism. If this is how potential clients are treated before even becoming clients, I can only imagine what the experience would be like afterward. I chose to move forward with another law firm that values communication and professionalism.
