I submitted my information via website to be contacted. Upon receiving the call from the office the guy whom i spoke with was extremely rude, and wasn't listening to a thing I was saying or asking. He was helpful at all I realized this wasn't a company for me to work with.

I'm sorry you feel that way, but if you had let us actually explain then you would know that you could not do a chapter 13 to prevent your eviction without a job. We understand that you may be starting one soon, but unfortunately in a chapter 13 there needs to be a source of funds at the time of filing. Some reckless firms might let you file knowing the case will be dismissed, but that does not help you. If you want to know more details, feel free to contact us.
