These guys SUCK. (JUSTIN MIKE RITA TREVER) VERY unprofessional. They just take your money and do nothing about your case. You have to call them, they never return phone calls but always say they will call you back. Every time I talked to someone they treated me like a new customer like I didn’t pay my money or do the credit course or send documents. It took them two months to start my case. I arranged for an attorney consultation. I was told Rebeca was an actual attorney. She gave me legal advice. And when I called yesterday, I was told that they would get the attorney for me, and then they said they had the attorney on the line, and this person came on the phone. That’s an actual crime, in addition to being just a crappy thing to do to people in crisis.
