We’ve been with The Bank of Tampa for over 12 years as a family business, and the experience has been nothing but positive. Every department we’ve worked with has been responsive and helpful. Very friendly staff! Everyone is very attentive and helpful, whether I need assistance in-person or over the phone. Probably my favorite BOT branch.
I can’t say enough about the private banker, Lee Pierson, at the Carrollwood branch. He is always eager to help no matter how big or small the problem, or what day of the week it is. He’s also an outstanding leader in the community and an all-around great person. If you are tired of the big banks and their poor service, I would highly recommend reaching out to Lee. Once you experience the concierge level service he provides, you will wish you made the move years ago!
