I love this bank.
They nickel and dime you constantly. It’s a back up account, and they can’t give me a straight answer on how much money they want to stop charging me service fees.
Excellent services all around. The customer service got right to my issue, and provided a quick resolution. The hours are limited like most banks, but their fees and services are very reasonable. Definitely recommend to anyone in the Tampa area.
