Horrible Service! My husband and I went into this location and wanted information on checking accounts. My husband had just gotten off of work so he didn't look his best. The lady treated us like we had horns growing out of our heads and would barely speak to us about any of the interest bearing checking accounts and kept pushing the free checking. I just thought it was horrible. I wouldn't go back even if there rates were the best.
Not many locations! BSV is a small community bank located in the heart of Chester. The checking account products they offer are pretty competitive, however, you are limited on branch locations and ATM locations. Chester is spread out and having to go to the heart of the village to get money out of the ATM to avoid a fee can get aggravating, especially when you are trying to save time.
