We have had great experiences with this bank at numerous branches over the years. We have business accounts, personal accounts, and even gotten some help with teaching our teens financial literacy. This bank goes above and beyond for its community as well.
Apparently the only 2 ways to make a principal only payment are to visit a branch or mail in a payment? There is no reason I shouldn't be able to do that online. I will be refinancing this loan asap.

Could not be happier with BSV. If you have good credit, you will get the best auto loan rate in Virginia. Loan officer is VERY thorough and fare. The dealership actually negotiated the loan in my behalf, but BSV was the best rate available. I'm very pleased that a bank rewards a customer for excellent stewardship. Looking forward to using them again in the future.
