I have been trying to close my mother’s, who has passed away, account. I have gotten nothing but the run around. Every time I ask questions about what I need, I get vague answers and when told they will call back with the information I need, they never do. And it’s no big deal to them. Honestly, I feel as though they don’t care for people of color, but that’s their problem, not mine. Employees are incompetent and liars. Avoid this location if at all possible (especially if you are a person of color).
Awful bank and ugly inside. The entire business model for this bank is based off of fees. They do very low loan volume and run alot of their operations off of overdraft fees. Find a credit union to bank at.
Very friendly, kind and helpful. Jeanette is the BEST!!!
