Hate to give one star. For some reason Mechanicsville Honda uses them for financing auto loans. Antiquated to the max to set up auto payment. Then all of a sudden beginning of 2020 the payments stop coming out. You an only get them during 830 to 430. People work. So I caught up in February. Then April got hit twice. Somehow auto pay set up 10th and 16th. They can't return the funds electronically and after I called back after waiting 30 minutes for the supervisor he says we could overnight it but its 430.
