The Bankers are always most welcoming, friendly and competent. It is a pleasure to visit this branch.
Friendly branch!
While they are acquiring new banks, I want to suggest they update their technology. It is always a problem! This has been going on for years. I have to stop what I doing and call. Today I called customer service the guy answered the phone like I woke him up. Ask for my number to call me back and never called back. Then he put on the voicemail system. They have gone from being friendly and OK to being horrible. Totally not satisfied.
The worst banking experience. The employees are very rude. They told me I cannot cash a check thats over $500 if I am not a customer! I have been to other bank of princeton bank branches and this is the only one that has ever given me trouble. The teller Sergio was very angry. The whole staff needs to be retrained and needs to learn customer service skills!
