Great service friendly employees love them
If I could I would give 0 stars this bank I would!!!!!!! The customer service here is so disappointing!!! Katelyn is always with her attitude she picks and choose who she wants to treat nice this is not correct. Overall all the stuff here at this bank has the worst customer service I believe they all need training on.how to treat the customers. The 2 ladies sitting At the desk think they owe the bank! Get lock out my Account every day thats crazy
The tellers are ok but the bank manager is horrible. She talks bad about customers in view of them. She pretends to be busy so she doesn't have to help someone. I don't like how she treats my elderly father. She doesn't possess customer service skills.
