Some of my review will be about their newer manager I’m assuming; she has gauges “earrings” they’re usually green and also has tattoos, she’s working today July 6th 2026 I went in around 1:00-2:00. Unacceptable and legally questionable. This bank completed a valid Power of Attorney for me and my mother, then refused to honor it—insisting I be added to the account just to speak on her behalf. That directly contradicts the purpose of a POA. This isn’t a misunderstanding—it’s either a lack of training or a deliberate attempt to push customers into unnecessary account changes for the bank’s convenience. Not a bad place of business most stops at different banks through out NJ have been good. I have had problems in the past with my bank card and kind of want to see that system updated and revamped alittle.

If I could I would give 0 stars this bank I would!!!!!!! The customer service here is so disappointing!!! Katelyn is always with her attitude she picks and choose who she wants to treat nice this is not correct. Overall all the stuff here at this bank has the worst customer service I believe they all need training on.how to treat the customers. The 2 ladies sitting At the desk think they owe the bank!
