The two staff members I have encountered since starting my accounts (Wendy & Roberto) have done everything they could (except back flips of course) to reply to my requests, and the large amount of work I am doing moving into Rossmoor. I cannot thank them enough as they have gone way above the line during the COVID crisis. Thank you both.

The new employee named Michelle needs to learn how to speak to clients. In front of her manager told me not to be upset or SHE will ask me to leave the bank. I work for a bank for 13 years if I ever spoke to a client in that manner, I would be look for another job. If you would like to speak to me in person, I am available at your convenience.
