Terrible experience just now at this branch, I opened an account online, the card was sent to my home so I needed to go into a branch and sign the required documents. Went into this branch explained to the teller the purpose of my visit and immediately the lady (bright Pink jacket) standing behind the teller started shouting telling me what I’m trying to do is not how it’s done I need to bring my passport proof of address two Ontario photo id cards etc…. Very friendly and helpful staff. From cashiers to managers, we occasionally visit them and they’re always willing to help and welcoming. I don’t understand why some people have problem with the staff or branch?
Karen Mascarenhas had a very poor attitude and did not seem willing to help. Seemed annoyed any time I asked follow up questions regarding their checking accounts. Didn’t bother to inform me that the minimum fee for the basic plus account can be waived if a certain balance is maintained. If you’re in a customer facing role at least try to treat the customer with respect. Avoid this branch
