Financial advisor at this location is incompetent. I asked to close a credit card and the guy, Farhan Hashmi started laughing like its a joke, without understanding the reason. 7 year of being a loyal customer, getting treated well.

I dont use this word lightly, but the advisor was not helpful at all, it felt like she just wanted to get over with the meeting asap. Didn’t help me with finding any solution. Overall, i would not recommend this anyone to go to this location if they are looking for some kind of help from the bank.
Fantastic service by Abla and Durdana. I went in because I wasn’t getting any help from my home branch at Mavis and Dundas even after they screwed up things for us. So it was a pleasant surprise when my issues were resolved in matter of minutes where the other branch was less than helpful. Thank you to both for saving the day!
