This Bank I've had nothing but problems with for years every time I try to cash my fiance's paycheck they always say he's got to be with me and then one other time they said I have to have his ID when it's on the bank I mean the boss give me the check to cash on his account with this bank and y'all got a lot of issues as far as I'm concerned it's not like I wrote all this check out and trying to cash it for myself for somebody else I mean around this bank for years and still issue after issue after issue other than less when... read more

The ATM machines at both Greenbrier County locations were down on 12/26/22. A holiday weekend where they won't be open again until Wednesday 12/28/22. Since I refused to drive to Union to access my cash, I was forced to pay a $3.00 foreign ATM charge because I had to use a competitor's ATM (and this is not the first time I have had to do this and pay extra fees).
