The customer service at this branch is unacceptable. I was ignored for 20 minutes until closing, never greeted, and treated dismissively by the banker. After emailing the required IRS letter first thing Monday, I didn’t hear back until Tuesday—despite being promised my debit card Monday evening. Now he’s asking for more documents after saying nothing else was required. Other banks have opened my business accounts quickly and professionally. This branch has been the opposite.
