Great staff BUT no free samples offered
Things have changed. Bank of Missouri no longer GAF about their customers and will do whatever necessary to make banking difficult. That's ok. I've got accounts at several banks and some of them actually appreciate their customers. I'll begin the process of moving money elsewhere soon. I won't patronize a bank who takes joy in causing problems. The smirk on the teller's face tells me everything I need to know about this bank. Her job is to assist me and solve problems not create them.
Update: Horrible Bank! Do NOT bank here! Horrible Bank. Do NOT use this bank. Do not trust anything with them. They have screwed me over, to say the least, on my loans I remember one of their staff sitting at a bar one night bragging how they had created a new high interest credit card to prey on poor people..just as an example of their mindset. After today’s tragic events and the ongoing tragic events in this country, I drove by the bank today and noticed the damaged American Flag at the front of your building. As a community full of service members, public servants, etc, I hope someone within your bank has the decency to handle the current flag in a dignified manner and proudly replace it with a new one. I went in their establishment today trying to buy two rolls of quarters. They proceeded to inform me that if I was not a client, I could not do this. You may ask yourself what has happened to our society. I know I am asking that question
