I set up appointment to talk to a mortgage representative about a refinance. I showed from a 50 mile drive 5 minutes early. A sign on the front door said open by appointment only (which I had) please knock. I did and nobody came to the door. Then, 2 gentlemen walked up to the door, I spoke and neither spoke back, unlocked the door and walked in and pulled the door shut in my face and locked it back. Needless to say that was a bad first impression and I will never reach out to the BOM for any type of service they offer.
