I originally chose this bank because it felt honest, transparent, and human rather than corporate. Unfortunately, that has changed. Recently, fees were introduced at levels that feel unrealistic for a savings account. For example, balances below $400 now incur maintenance fees, while balances above $500 earn no interest. At that point, it raises the question of what purpose the account serves, especially when the fees can outweigh any benefit from saving. Have been banking here since they opened this branch. The no fees, interest earning make a difference to me. I'm on a very tight budget and every little bit saved helps. I'm not mobile anymore so I only use the drive thru. I'm recognized and treated very warmly. I have recommended this branch to several people over the years
