Probably the worst experience I’ve had with a bank. Customer service was not helpful. Had to call several times to resolve issues when trying to transfer money. After accepting application for savings account, they sent a letter soon after saying they were closing it with no explanation at all. And to top it off, they restricted access to the account and waited a month before sending a check for the account balance. My advice, choose another bank.
