BETTER customer service than the other big name banks, and they give direct human contact with tellers & even the manager. In contrast, my credit union forces us to use teller machines, even when we are inside the physical bank. In that credit union, we cannot talk to someone in person, unless we ask to see a manager & sit in the waiting room. That's why I like Bank of GB, they give human contact. This is a wonderful bank with exceptional customer service. There is always a person to speak with on the phone or in person at the bank. Everyone is very knowledgeable and even if they need to get more information regarding an inquiry, they have always followed up with us in a timely manner. For online banking they have a very easy to navigate and straight forward website and services. We like having an actual physical bank to goto and take care of things in person.
